Donations to Churches and Non-Profits
Dear Friend,
I wanted to take a moment to tell you about a tremendous opportunity for your church or other non-profit organizations in your community. We sincerely applaud all of their time, energy and efforts. As you can imagine, due to our generous reputation, we get many requests each year for building quotes, discounts, and charitable donations. Although we can never support all organizations as much as we would like, the good news is that we have found a way that allows us to help many non-profit organizations. Here are a few options of how we may be able to help your organization and community:
First, if your organization is in need of a steel building and is flexible on their building needs, we can sometimes find a building that has been ordered, cancelled, cloned, or not delivered. These types of situations allow us to possibly offer these buildings directly to your non-profit organization with out going through a contractor for up to 30 - 60% off conventional construction or retail price. Again this usually requires some flexibility on the size, specifications, and delivery schedules.
Secondly, we donate 10% of our income to Buildings for Babies, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Buildings for Babies do not solicit funds from the public and is supported wholly by contributions from steel building companies such as ours. Many times they are willing to make a donation to your non-profit organization of 2-10% of future building purchases.
Thirdly, we can provide you with this letter and additional information that you can distribute through your non-profit organization. In the event that any one in your organization has a need for a steel building and is flexible on their building needs, we can sometimes find them a building as well that has been ordered, cancelled, cloned, or not delivered. These, again we can usually offer directly to them with out going through a contractor for up to 30-50% off of conventional construction or retail.
Fourth, as an incentive to your non -profit organizations, we can usually offer 1- 5% of the purchases from their network referrals, off of their purchase or as a direct contribution to your organization on each building sale that comes from your organization's referral networking or mailing list within 12 months, regardless of whether they purchase a discount building or through one of our national dealers. Many organizations use this option to establish and increase their building fund prior to ordering their building.
